Eligibility Criteria ?
The person who wants to apply for the job should have a degree from any Indian University. This university should be recognized by the University of Kerala. The University of Kerala is very particular about this. The person should have done the degree in the stream not through any other way. They should have studied in the 10+2+3 pattern or the 10+2+4 pattern.
The student should have passed the degree examination with least 50 percent marks. This is very important. The University of Kerala does not allow rounding off of marks. So if someone gets 49.9 percent it is not enough. They need to get least 50 percent. This is for people who did BA, B.Sc, B.Com and other such courses.
For people who did BE BTech, BSc in Agriculture and other four or five year degree courses they also need to get at 50 percent marks.. For them it is the total marks that matter.
The University of Kerala also wants people who have done their Masters degree to apply. If someone has done their MA, MSc, MCom or any other post graduate degree they can also apply.. They also need to get at least 50 percent marks.
There are some people who will get treatment. These are the SC, ST, SEBC and abled candidates. They will get relaxation as per the University rules. The University of Kerala has rules for this.
To apply for the MBA course the candidates should have a score in one of the entrance exams. These exams are conducted by K-MAT C-MAT or CAT. The University of Kerala only considers the scores from the academic year.
The University of Kerala will make a list of candidates based on their score in the entrance test. This test is very important. Has 80 percent weightage. Then there is the group discussion which has 10 percent weightage. The interview also has 10 percent weightage.
In the group discussion and interview there will be a representative from the University of Kerala. The Dean of the Faculty of Management studies will send the list of representatives to the University of Kerala. The University of Kerala will then tell the colleges who the representativesre
