As part of the Leadership Launchpad Program, students of T-IIM undertook an industry visit to Technopark, Trivandrum, on 26 August 2025. As India’s first and largest IT park, Technopark provides an ecosystem that fosters innovation, collaboration, and emerging opportunities across the technology sector. The visit served as an ideal platform for students to gain firsthand exposure to contemporary workplace environments and industry expectations.
The team also visited Innoval Digital Solutions, where students interacted with members of the senior leadership. The Learning & Development team facilitated structured discussions that offered key insights into organizational practices, leadership approaches, and career preparedness. These interactions supported the program’s objective of enhancing student understanding of real-world professional competencies.
