T-IIM is really happy to have been a part of the CII She Leads Business Conclave. It happened in Thiruvananthapuram on 26 August 2025. The theme was “Powering Possibilities: Innovation, Inclusion & Impact.”
This big event organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) was, about celebrating women leaders, innovation and business excellence.
Bincy Baby, who is the Vice Chairperson of CII was there.
The conclave got thought leaders, entrepreneurs and people who want to make a change. They wanted to inspire and shape the future of leadership that includes everyone.
The Saraswathi Group of Institutions which includes T-IIM, Saraswathi Vidyalaya and Saraswathi College of Arts and Science is an example. 90% Of the employees are women. This shows that they really care about inclusivity and giving opportunities.
Being part of this event again confirms that T-IIM is committed to helping women making things and creating leaders who make a difference.
