We are delighted to announce the formalizing of a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Naaden Agro Farms, a Kerala Government award-winning agri-enterprise. This alliance is the result of a deeply rewarding interaction that was sparked off few months back, when a group of T-IIM students and faculty visited the farm and witnessed the functioning of a sustainable and successful agri-business, thereby opening avenues for meaningful conversations, learning and sharing of ideas amongst each other.
What began as an industry visit, has culminated into a strong, meaningful and long-term collaboration.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Sujith S. V., Founder & Director, Naaden Agro Farms, Mr. Raj Mohan, COO, T-IIM, and Mr. Vipinkumar K. C., Director, T-IIM. This agreement will help both institutions in enhancing industry-academia collaborations and delivering better learning opportunities for students. This union between management studies and innovation in agriculture underscores T-IIM’s dedication to experiential learning and industry involvement. As a result of this collaboration students will have the opportunity to: Secure paid internships Engage directly in the industry Gain practical experience in real business settings Interact extensively with industry experts The aim is that through this cooperation, we and Naaden Agro Farms work together to drive innovation, foster sustainable businesses, and nurture future leaders capable of making a real difference.
