T-IIM hosted an inspiring session on “Personal Branding and Leadership Edge” as part of its Leadership Launchpad series on 22 August 2025. The resource person was Dr. Ramesh Unnikrishnan, Advisor and Director( Frmr), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
With more than three decades of distinguished service in teaching, academic administration, policy-making, and strategic industry collaborations, Dr. Unnikrishnan brought valuable perspectives to the MBA batch. He emphasized the role of personal branding in leadership success and shared actionable insights on building credibility, seizing opportunities, and preparing for future leadership challenges.
