T-IIM is proud to have been part of the second edition of the CII She Leads Business Conclave, held in Thiruvananthapuram on 26 August 2025 with the theme “Powering Possibilities: Innovation, Inclusion & Impact.”
This prestigious platform, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), celebrated the power of women in leadership, innovation, and business excellence.
Dr. Devi Mohan – CEO, T-IIM and Vice Chairperson, Saraswathi Group of Institutions was the convenor of the Concalve. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Divya S. Iyer, IAS – Managing Director, Vizhinjam International Seaport & Director, Cultural Affairs Department & Project Director, Kerala Solid Waste Management Project.
Other distinguished speakers included Dr. Sheeja G Manoj (MD, GG Hospital), Smt. A. Bhuvaneshwari (Chief General Manager, State Bank of India), Col. Rajeev Mannali (CEO, SUT Hospital), Shri Nikhil Pradeep (Chairman, CII) and Smt. Bincy Baby (Vice Chairperson, CII).
The conclave brought together thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to inspire and shape the future of inclusive leadership.
With nearly 90% of employees being women, the Saraswathi Group of Institutions — including T-IIM, Saraswathi Vidyalaya, and Saraswathi College of Arts and Science — stand as living examples of inclusivity and opportunity in action.
